Joseph was born in New York City and grew up just outside Philadelphia, where he attended college and graduate school. While still in college, Joseph owned a successful landscaping business in South Jersey. Later on, while getting his Master's Degree, he worked part-time for his Father's contracting business in South Jersey. Here, Joseph learned much of the building trades and many of the important aspects of running a service / contracting business. Working as a subcontractor for multi-million dollar new home builders, under his Father's direction, Joseph learned the importance of attention to detail, honesty and integrity in business. He also learned the value of following through with your promises on the job.

Joseph eventually went on to a career in finance, banking and wealth management.  Along the way he became interested in real estate investment, home remodeling and renovations, and design.

Today, his remodeling business is the culmination of his love for transforming properties, creative remodeling and design, and a career in the financial services industry.
